Inside My Teef!

Some of my teeth. And flesh.
(Click for more of my teef…)

Digital x-rays are nifty. When going to the dentist today I happened to get an every-five-year full mouth set. Fortunately earlier this year I installed a digital x-ray system at my dentist’s office.

The full set (plus one mistake where the sensor slipped from the holder) is available here: Dental X-Rays (photo gallery retired)

      Ahahaha, wow!

You know, I forgot to ask him to use the intra-oral camera. It’s basically a close range webcam + light for use inside of mouths. Although I guess it could be used in other body holes too…

You wouldn’t want 10 minutes alone to take intra-minge photos?

White spots are fillings. I guess you can’t see top-of-tooth decay with x-rays, but between tooth stuff will show up as irregular areas.

    Digital X-Ray

You help your dentist installed the digital x-ray? Do you get free dental work for life? :)

      Re: Digital X-Ray

      Naw. :)

That stuff was really easy to install… It’s just some special hardware and pretty easy to install software.
