Today’s Lunch
Here’s today’s lunch. It’s a toasted Bays English Muffin topped with some fresh goat cheese from Zingermans, some Pasolivo olive oil, and some black pepper. Along with this I had a glass of cider from Yates Cider Mill, part of the half gallon left over from making the batch of Blueberry Cider (photo gallery retired) (more on that later).
Speaking of Zingermans, I was just in Ann Arbor today! By the way…this is clarissa_vaughn. I changed my name to vibrantcolor. :)
Oh wow, but you’re back already? Darn, I could have headed out there to visit. :\
I hope you had fun while there, at least…
