    Uhh… Making nice sounding speakers is _hard_. I don’t mean to discourage you, but crossover design and proper baffling/cabinet construction is a very complex science. Start here.

    Parts Express has a free PC program you can download that gives you the enclosure size to their speakers and helps in caculating ports for bass reflex. If your going to try you need to at least get the enclosure size right or you’ll be waisting a lot of time.

    A large folded horn in PVC could be cool! ;-)

    I attempted to build my own speakers years ago. It was harder then I had expected.
