Lazychili Part Deux

Well, there we go. After letting the Lazychili simmer for an hour, it is ready. Now it’s time to go eat the chili with a glass of summertime beer while sitting in front of the TV/TiVo and waching the second episode of FX’s Over There.

What? The chili was chock full of veggies…
Incidentally, how many servings do you think that makes? I’m planning on porting it to ConFusion this weekend!
Oh… Wow. Hmm. I’d have to say that it’s probably around 10 decent bowls? When I made it for a work potluck most everyone who wanted some was able to take a small serving.
Unfortunately it really depends on my whims that day, because it’s pretty easy to stretch the recipe accidently by simply adding ‘just one more thing’ or something.
