Oh, yeah. Check out the car that was in ‘s parking lot this morning. Here is another shot of it, showing the back. I wish I had my better camera, because then one could see the (clearly) hand-formed Bondo bumpers and absolutely amazing paint / striping job. Maybe it’ll be there next time I’m visiting her.

    I…. Don’t think they put that much money into it. Time, yes… Money, no.

    I just wish I had a better camera with me at the time so I could have properly captured all the detail.

    I guess the pictures didn’t convey it, but all the lines are brush-painted, and the lower body trim appears to be hand-formed. It’s inconsistant and wavey, with big droopy parts. The metal screening is diamond punched steel that is only held in at certain parts by… I’m not sure what. It appears to have been formed into the bumper.

    Hehe, yeah… It’s one of those. Honestly, the cell phone photos make it look better. Next time I’m out that way I’ll be certain to bring my normal cam so I can get actual shots of it. Hopefully I won’t be stabbed for doing so.
