Lazychili

Ingredients (thus far) for Today’s Chili:

One Large Can Tomato Paste
One Can Each Dark Red Kidney Beans, Light Red Kidney Beans, Navy Beans, Black Beans, Pinto Beans
Two Cans Corn
One Container Garden Fresh Screamin’ Hot Salsa
~4 Tablespoons Generic Chili Powder
~1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
One Can Chipolte Peppers in Adobo Sauce (Chopped)
One Package Morningstar Farms Veggie Burgers (Chopped)
1/2 Tablespoon Salt
One Bottle of Rochefort 10 Cloneish (cooking with flat beer is just fine…)

We’ll see how it comes out… I’ve got chips and shredded sharp cheddar cheese to eat it with.

(Yes, it’s lazychili, as I didn’t want to chop up veggies, if it could be avoided… I’m just that lazy today.)

UPDATE: I just also added two shots of this tequila. Just…. because.

That’s your lazy chili? I don’t think I’ve ever “made” chili that didn’t involve dumping a can of Hormel into a pan and heating it until warm :) lol

If you want to get lazier, morningstar makes “hamburger” crumbles. Also, I pretty much always make my chili the lazy way. heh

Those weren’t available. :( I forgot them when I went to Meijer, so I ran by Farmer Jack which is closer to my house, only to find that they only had sausage ones. I didn’t think a breakfast sausage flavor would go well in the chili. :(

Ah I’m sure the end result is the same though.
