Thanks to this certificate I can now tell everyone I know the FCC’s DTV Deputy Program Quiz I am now able to “…to educate others on DTV.”

That’s some graphic design right there.
The quiz even uses the old windows TADA and error wave files.
If you pull open the PDF there’s (strangely) two unused graphics as well.
Hahaha. Wow. I like the netscape icon that loads for the page too.
I can see my tax dollars are working hard right there.
