Cheap Chinese PCB Manufacturing

Here is a write-up on ordering extremely cheap PCBs from questionable Chinese PCB fabricator Gold Phoenix Printed Circuit Board Co.,Ltd.
There’s a couple projects I may use them from. I just need to edit some files and decide on a solder mask color. (I’m not designing this myself, just changing the documentation bits of the design slightly.)
I’ve been using myropcb.com with good results.
Are they as cheap as Gold Phoenix? I’m also interested in the ease of different solder mask colors and such…
Hopefully I’ll be sending out a 40-piece (10 each of 4 boards) within the next two weeks.
