Beer…

Well, now that the wheat berry ale is bottled, I’m starting to think about making another beer. I probably shouldn’t, as I have six cases of beer actively aging. That said, I’m really wanting to make something else… I’m thinking a stout or vanilla porter. Hrm.
who is going to drink all this beer?
Heh, that’s the other problem… I’ll take to bringing it to parties, I guess.
Two of those cases aren’t ready to drink yet, two will be ready at the end of the month (maybe there’ll be a Labor Day party I can bring some to), and the other two are ready now.
Labor day, eh? My bday is on the 4th.

Hehe, well, that’s about when the berry stuff should be done. No promises, though. I’m not sure what’s going on that weekend, though. I might be out of town… Not sure…

I had a beer with lots of ginger in it this weekend. I don’t know if it was the other spices playing off of it, but it was truely shitty. :(
