They&#8217;ve been growing in weird spurts, with extended periods of nothingness, then some small starts that died off. For some reason they recently started growing nicely again, and I was able to harvest this cluster which I used to make some dinner.<\/p>\n<p>I didn&#8217;t cook the mushrooms for long enough, but they still tasted quite nice.
