The leftovers were packed up, and I am eating them for lunch today at work.<\/p>\n<p>Without shrimp this is a very nice, rich, spicy mushroom and ginger soup. I&#8217;m realizing that it could use a bit of <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Shichimi\">shichimi<\/a>, but that&#8217;s at home. Oh well. It&#8217;s still really good.
