It is then cut into quarters, like a giant pizza. Since I wasn&#8217;t given a spoon, eating the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sambar_(dish)\">sambar<\/a> involved a fork and drinking it out of the metal cup.
