It was about 240 miles each day, and thankfully that&#8217;ll be reimbursed.<\/p>\n<p>Today when I got home I ended up going on a 15-16 mile bike ride, just to get out and about a do something. Unfortunately, after <a href=\"https:\/\/nuxx.net\/blog\/2008\/07\/04\/work-is-154-miles-away-via-bike\/\">the 55 mile ride<\/a> and today, I&#8217;ve found that <a href=\"https:\/\/nuxx.net\/blog\/2008\/07\/01\/my-bike-works-again\/\">the spokes in the new wheels<\/a> are creaking a bit, and some of them are quite loose. I think I will need to take them to someone who can properly tension \/ readjust them. I&#8217;d do them myself, but the tool is $55, and I&#8217;m still without a truing stand.<\/p>\n<p>Now that I&#8217;ve finished replying to email and balancing my checkbook I think I&#8217;ll relax for a bit, then get some sleep.
